We offer at least 25 days’ holiday each year. And if you join us at either our London or Thames Valley CRCs, you’ll begin with 27 days’ holiday which will increase each year to a maximum of 33 days.
We’ll automatically enrol you into our Workplace Pension scheme three months after your start date. The plan is offered by Royal London, and matches your contributions up to 6% in the first year, increasing by 1% each year to a maximum of 10%. You’ll also have the option to contribute towards a salary sacrifice pension scheme, which is an agreement to a reduction in your salary in exchange for an equivalent additional employer pension contribution. This is also known as 'SMART Pensions' and allows you to benefit from savings on your National Insurance contributions.
