At MTC, you’ll discover a wide range of career paths across our organisation, and we’re always looking for people with diverse skills, knowledge, expertise and experience – and the talent to be the difference.
Join our Commercial and Legal Team, and you’ll help protect and develop our business by mitigating risk, protecting and promoting our reputation, and continually improving our financial position. We always aim to deliver value for money, and to make sure we – and our clients – comply with all contracts throughout our supply chain. How? By providing a wide range of leadership, support and advice based services, including commercial, procurement, contract management, legal, insurances, bid cost modelling and pricing strategy, relationship management and corporate social responsibility – and you’ll need to bring relevant skills in one or more of these fields to make the impact we’re looking for.
Our Communications function looks after internal communications and employee engagement, external communications, public affairs and marketing.
We always aim to deliver a first class, highly valued, effective and efficient communications service that focuses on telling powerful people stories. Everyone on the team has their own different responsibilities while working in a collaborative and integrated way, which means there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved.
Custody Contracts & Partnership / Rehabilitation Services
In this team, you’ll spend your time working with our partner providers and supply chain to ensure effective service delivery across our CRCs – and we’re always looking for relevant skills and the talent to achieve amazing results.
As part of our Finance Department, you’ll support the day-to-day running of much of our organisation. That means you could be involved in everything from processing supplier invoices, to making payments and raising invoices for customers. Our key finance activities also include budgeting and forecasting, ensuring spend is within budget throughout the year and supporting our business with financial advice for new initiatives and business cases. And because we manage and control the finance functions for MTC, and for both London and Thames Valley CRCs and Rainsbrook, we’re looking for just the right kind of experience, expertise and knowledge.
Health & Safety
Our Corporate Health, Safety and Environment Team operates across all of our locations, and provides reliable, responsive and practical health and safety support, and advice on meeting legal responsibilities for health, safety and environmental standards and compliance. As part of the team, you’ll build on our commitment to the health, safety, welfare and security of our people and other partnership organisations working with us, the public and our service users. Our vision is to continually improve health and safety across our organisation. Do you have what it takes to join us?
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and as part of our Human Resources Team you’ll help drive our long term People Engagement Strategy. It’s about bringing that strategy to life by creating the kind of environment where everyone has a voice, is treated fairly, and has the opportunity to be the difference.
Join our CRC Interventions Teams and you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and review of the suite of interventions we deliver to our service users.
Our IT Service Teams manage IT across all parts of our organisation and our goal is to improve customer satisfaction; standardise where services are consistent and repeatable and implement continual service improvement. Our core services range from operating an IT service desk to infrastructure and applications support.
Our Transformation Teams achieve our corporate aims and key organisational objectives. Here, you’ll support our strategic priorities, drive forward projects and new initiatives, work collaboratively with business-wide senior management teams, and make sure we always meet the highest standards of performance and reporting.
